4. Hotel Reservation

For Reservation at the InterContinental Seoul COEX and Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas
The room will be guaranteed by the given credit card information and room rates will be charged by the hotel when you check-out, receipt will be issued accordingly.
Confirmation letter will be sent within a week from the day you make reservation.
For Reservations at the Other Hotels
One-night room rate will be charged to the given card by Housing Bureau (Premium Pass International) within one week from the day you make your reservation and the remaining balance will be charged on 28 Sep 2023.
Receipt will be issued by the Housing Bureau upon request.
Confirmation letter will be sent when deposit is made.
If you do not have any credit card, you should remit at least one night room rate to Housing Bureau within one week and the remaining balance should be paid by 28 Sep 2023.
Please note, the remittance fee should be borne by the sender.
General Information
The room reservation will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation Deadline: 28 Sep 2023; after the date, room availability and the room rates are not guaranteed and subject to change.
The rate only covers a room; other expenses such as breakfast, mini-bar, laundry service and etc. will incur personal bill and should be paid to the hotel when you check out.
Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out by 11:00.
Early check-in (before 15:00) & late check-out (after 11:00) cannot be guaranteed and extra charge will be applied as personal bill and should be paid to the hotel directly upon check-out.
For group reservation(more than 1room), it is required to make your reservation directly to the housing bureau.
All dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT +9hours).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any changes or cancellations must be made to the Housing Bureau by email, NOT directly to the hotel.
Refund will be made after the event due to administrative reason and bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Room rates have been charged in Korean Won, and refunded amount may differ from the charged amount due to exchange rate.
